• Lead collaboration efforts on design, work estimation and implementation of new features including interfaces, contracts APIs and data transformation

• Collaborate closely with product owners, and team members regarding technical direction for proposed work

• Mentor and share knowledge with team members

• Contribute ideas to continually improve the team's productivity, job enjoyment, and code quality

• Shape and embrace team values and commitments

• Evangelize a technical direction for the team and collaborate across the organization to bring this vision into reality

• Rapidly iterate on an industry's first Go-to-Market platform

• Own features and functionality from design to development to deployment to performance tuning for InXero Go-to-Market Platform, Mobile Apps, Social Apps, Web Apps and APIs

• Manage the production environment and rollouts

• Develop rapid proof-of-concepts to address the new needs of our customers and industry trends

• Participate in customer rollouts and provide technical insights to customers where needed

• Work with our technology partners to define and implement the integration APIs and workflows

What you must bring to the table::

• BS/ MS in Computer Science

• Minimum 6 years of software development experience

• Minimum 2 year hands-on experience in RoR full stack development: strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Bootstrap, Unit Testing

• Experience working with search engines like Lucene, Elasticsearch is a plus

• Experience with Rails migrations

• Experience with performance optimization of the complex software platforms

• Experience with deployment process and managing production environments (AWS preferred)

• Scrum Master or strong agile product development experience and hands-on experience leading the team of software engineers

• Experience with open source technologies and technologies related to content repository, search, advertising, media management, content distribution and data analytics

• Experience in estimating software engineering efforts, prepare and execute software development project schedules and Coordinating with product management, web development, technical operations, software engineering and QA, engaging teams at the appropriate times

• Strong problem solving and debugging skills

• Experience working on large relational, NoSQL and full stack web application development for large scale applications with high availability and reliability

• Experience with enterprise architecture, design patterns, distributed systems, and microservices architectures

• Ability to recognize areas for improvement (whether tools, practices, etc.) and the initiative to work toward a solution
