We are seeking a highly skilled

Technical Lead

with 8-10 years of experience in building and scaling modern web applications. This role requires a blend of

technical expertise

and

leadership skills

to guide a high-performing engineering team, drive innovation, and deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals. The right candidate will be hands-on with technology while mentoring and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement high-quality technical specifications in line with architectural guidelines. Propose, implement, and enforce

best programming practices

across the team. Provide technical leadership in

Node.js, Nest.js, TypeScript, Redis, Kafka, PostgreSQL

, and

containerized microservices

. Drive adoption of

event-driven architectures

to ensure scalability and performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate product requirements into robust technical solutions. Act as a

hands-on problem solver

, monitoring and resolving support issues as needed. Apply

Scrum/Kanban frameworks

to maximize team performance and deliver quality outcomes. Set and track team/individual goals, monitor KPIs, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders. Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and guide the team's technical growth. Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve issues that may hinder project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience (Critical)

Strong

leadership and management skills

with proven experience leading engineering teams. Deep expertise in

Node.js, Nest.js, and TypeScript

. Hands-on experience with

Redis, Kafka, PostgreSQL

, and event-driven architectures. Strong knowledge of

containerization (Docker)

and

orchestration (Kubernetes)

.

Highly Recommended

Proficiency in

React.js

for front-end development. Experience working with

CRM platforms

. A

product-oriented mindset

, focusing on user experience and business outcomes.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with

CRM systems

. Background in

CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service)

and/or

VoIP solutions

.
