Job Title: Tech Lead .NET


Duties and Responsibilities


Lead the design and development of scalable and high-performance applications using .NET, C#, and Azure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Mentor and guide team members in best practices and coding standards. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards. Manage project timelines and deliverables in an Agile environment. Continuously improve development processes and tools.
Qualifications and Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 6-12 years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET technologies. Strong proficiency in C# and experience with Azure cloud services. Experience working in Agile development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
