Job description
Responsibilities:

• Develop and Configure Automation Solutions: Utilize NetIQ DRA and WFA to build and configure automation workflows tailored to our platform's needs using PowerShell and Python.
• Script Development: Write and maintain scripts that automate logic for changes to M365 services, ensuring seamless integration with EntralD objects.
• Platform Integration: Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate automation solutions within our existing infrastructure, focusing on Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Defender.
• Product Expertise: Leverage experience across the NetIQ product portfolio, particularly in DRA and WFA, to deliver effective automation strategies.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance automation processes and contribute to the ongoing development of our automation platform.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation processes, workflows, and scripts.
• Experience in administration of NetIQ directory and Resource service managesment tool.
