We are hiring SAP ABAP WORKFLOW LEAD Exp Level 7 Year 10 Years Job Location Navi Mumbai ( Work from Office) Notice Period Immediate 30 days Skills Experience in SAP ABAP Workflow (Workflow administration and Object Oriented ABAP) Experience of working on Data Dictionary objects Tables, Views, Structures, Table maintenance. Development of Reports, Enhancements, Interface. Excellent skills in debugging. Development of Adobe Forms/SMART FORMS/Script for various business requirements. Identify and implement SAP Notes. Experience in handling and delivering Change requests and exposure to implementation/ transition projects. Strong knowledge in SAP HCM and Finance modules Analytical skills to drive root cause analysis for complex problems Good communications skills, strong customer focus and service mindset with experience in client interaction. Willingness to continuously learn both new technologies and business processes Creation of custom apps in SAP ABAP specialized for SAP HCM data model and ESS/MSS applications as well as Creation, Activation and modification of SAP ODATA services for SAP HCM based UI5/FIORI apps for ESS/ MSS skills will be added advantage. Responsibilities Designs, develops, and maintains SAP Business Workflows and ABAP Fiori applications Develops the workflow tools workflow Builder, Business Object Builder and UWL Develops reports, workflows, and metrics within the software environment Designs, develops, codes, and tests complex programs for SAP modules and functions using ABAP programming language Creates specialized reports for SAP modules using ABAP programming languages Develops all RICEF objects and troubleshoots using own ABAP skills Maps technical business needs to architectures, standards, and reusable assets Debugs and corrects SAP module problems using ABAP programming language to implement OSS notes Contributes to the development of process standards and evaluation of tools as needed. To ensure successful initiation, planning, execution, control and completion of the project by guiding team members on technical aspects, conducting reviews of technical documents and artefacts. Lead project development, production support and maintenance activities. Fill and ensure timesheets are completed, as is the invoicing process, on or before the deadline. Lead the customer interface for the project on an everyday basis, proactively addressing any issues before they are escalated. Create functional and technical specification documents. Track open tickets/ incidents in queue and allocate tickets to resources and ensure that the tickets are closed within the deadlines. Ensure analysts adhere to SLA s/KPI s/OLA s. Ensure that all in the delivery team, including self, are constantly thinking of ways to do things faster, better or in a more economic manner. Lead and ensure project is in compliance with Software Quality Processes and within timelines. Review functional and technical specification documents. Serve as the single point of contact for the team to the project stakeholders. Promote team work, motivate, mentor and develop subordinates. Provide application production support as per process/RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed) Matrix.
