Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Tech Lead who has strong expertise in Blockchain technologies and the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stack. The successful candidate will lead our team of developers, ensuring that projects are executed with technical excellence. Blockchain Development:
- Design, implement, and support blockchain solutions and smart contracts.
- Maintain and extend current client-side and server-side applications responsible for integration and business logic.
- Analyze requirements and propose blockchain technology-based solutions.
- Develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve web applications using the MERN stack.
- Collaborate with front-end designers to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Prioritize tasks and manage project timelines effectively.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities.
