Position :Tech Lead

Experience: 7 to 10 Years (At least 4-5 years of implementing AngularJS and Angular applications)

Location: Pune - Hybrid

Skill-setHands-on development experience and deep understanding of AngularJS internals (scopes, digest cycle, controllers, directives, services). Strong in Angular v20 development: standalone components, routing, dependency injection, RxJS. Familiarity with ngUpgrade and hybrid app bridging. Experience with AngularJS to Angular migration with hybrid approach (ngUpgrade, strangler). Expertise in monorepo structures (Nx, Angular CLI workspaces), and domain-driven development. Experience with state management (NgRx, Akita, Signals). Experience with tools like ts-migrate, ts-morph or jscodeshift, angular-html-parser. (Good to Have) Experience with AI assisted tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor. Experience with Unit Testing frameworks (Jest) and Linting (ESLint, Angular ESLint). Experience with Build tools (Webpack, Vite, Angular CLI). Experience with Performance tuning and optimization strategies.


ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with architect and Translate architect's migration blueprint into actionable tasks. Define coding standards & best practices within the team. Lead module-by-module migration and ensure backward compatibility. Build proof-of-concepts for complex migration areas (routing, shared services). Own code reviews, performance optimization, and bug triaging. Coordinate with QA for test automation coverage. Collaborate with DevOps for build & deployment automation. * Track migration progress, manage technical debt, and raise risks early.
