You will work on existing MERN-based applications, understand the system with minimal knowledge transfer, and drive
architecture, scalability, performance, and AI integrations
across multiple products.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end
technical architecture
and system design
Analyze, understand, and improve large existing MERN codebases
Develop and maintain scalable
REST APIs and microservices
Lead AI/ML integrations using external APIs or SDKs
Ensure high code quality, security, and performance
Collaborate with Product and QA teams for timely releases
Set up and improve
CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Create and maintain technical documentation and coding standards
Mentor developers and lead technical decision-making
Required Skills & Experience
8-12 years of experience in full-stack development
Strong hands-on experience with
MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js
Experience building and scaling
SaaS products
, preferably in startups
Strong understanding of
REST APIs, microservices, async systems
Exposure to
AI/ML integrations
(OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.)
Experience with
cloud platforms
(AWS, GCP, Azure)
Knowledge of
CI/CD, DevOps, Git, Agile methodologies
Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in AI-based platforms or HR Tech
Knowledge of
