Job Summary:

We are seeking a Tech Lead with extensive CRM knowledge and strong expertise in data mapping, migration, and customization. The candidate will oversee technical delivery, ensure data integrity, manage technical resources, and provide leadership to ensure a successful CRM implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Extensive experience (8+ years) in CRM data mapping and migration, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Oversee delivery of technical components including SaaS/PaaS technology, ensuring alignment with project plans and quality standards. Manage CRM customization to align with business processes and review customization implications. Ensure appropriate APIs are utilized for integration with peripheral applications as needed by CRM system integrator partners. Implement security measures to protect sensitive customer data and ensure regulatory compliance. Develop and manage comprehensive testing strategies including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Identify and manage technical resources throughout the project lifecycle. Own the design, build, and testing of technology architecture components and obtain stakeholder buy-in on designs. Design and manage Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to validate proposed architecture and technology solutions. Review deliverables and documentation from SI partner's technology teams with Technology Architect to ensure quality and requirements are met. Plan and coordinate CRM solution deployment, ensuring smooth execution and clear communication with stakeholders. Ensure adherence to Managed Delivery principles and project methodologies. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the project team, resolving technical issues and aligning the team with project goals. Coordinate sign-offs for CRM production releases and facilitate smooth handover to Run the Bank IT teams post go-live.

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in CRM technical delivery and data migration. Strong knowledge of CRM customization, integration, and security best practices. Experience managing technical teams and stakeholders. Skilled in designing testing strategies and managing deployment processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
