Job Description

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced

D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Technical Lead

with strong expertise in

X++ development, D365 technical architecture, and integrations

. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end technical implementations, design scalable solutions, and confidently engage with customers and vendor partners on technical discussions and integration strategies.
Experience

10+ years of overall IT experience

7+ years of hands-on experience

in D365 F&O / AX technical development Proven experience as a

Technical Lead or Solution Architect

in at least 23 full-cycle D365 F&O implementations


Key ResponsibilitiesLead the

technical design and implementation

of D365 F&O solutions Architect robust, scalable, and secure

technical solutions aligned with business requirements

Own and drive

X++ development

, customizations, and extensions using best practices Design and implement

integrations

with third-party systems using:
+ OData
+ REST / SOAP APIs
+ AIF / DMF
+ Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Data Factory (as applicable)
Oversee

code quality, performance optimization, and technical governance

Review technical designs, code, and deployment strategies Guide and mentor technical team members (developers) Manage

build, release, and deployment activities

across environments Ensure adherence to

Microsoft D365 standards, extensibility framework, and upgrade-safe customizations

Support data migration strategies and execution


Stakeholder & Client EngagementAct as the

primary technical SPOC

for customers Confidently communicate and present

technical solutions, integration approaches, and architecture

to:
+ Customers
+ Vendor partners
+ Internal stakeholders
Participate in technical workshops, design discussions, and solution reviews Collaborate closely with Functional Leads, Project Managers, and external partners


Technical Skills (Mandatory)Strong hands-on expertise in

X++ development

Deep understanding of

D365 F&O architecture

Customization & extension development using:

+ Visual Studio
+ D365 Extension framework
Strong integration experience:
+ D365 F&O integrations
+ Azure-based integration patterns
Experience with:

+ Workflows
+ Batch jobs
+ Performance tuning
Data migration using

DMF / Data Management Framework

Microsoft D365 certifications Experience in global or multi-legal entity implementations * Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines for D365
