Required Skills & Qualifications
? Experience: Minimum of 7 years in cybersecurity, with significant hands-on

experience in implementing and managing Data Loss Prevention solutions,

preferably Forcepoint DLP.

? Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Forcepoint DLP architecture,

policy creation, incident management workflows, data discovery, and

fingerprinting.

? Data Knowledge: Strong understanding of data protection principles, data

classification, and regulatory compliance requirements.

? Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing security operations teams,

including mentoring junior analysts, conflict resolution, and performance

management.
