Your Role.




Your work will include, but not be limited to:

Act as the primary delivery and people leader for all India-based technology staff, ensuring both efficient and effective delivery quality and fostering staff career growth and development. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture in the India Tech Hub that results in exceptional engagement and retention. Monitor team workload and proactively address barriers that impact delivery speed and quality. Ensure smooth collaboration and communication between India teams, U.S. counterparts, and functional team leads. Support the ongoing growth and evolution of the India Tech Hub, including onboarding of new hires and refinement of delivery processes. Champion the "follow-the-sun" delivery model to improve agility, responsiveness, and client satisfaction. Represent the needs and perspectives of India staff in firmwide planning and decision-making. Build and manage relationships at various levels across the firm; to gather consensus, to drive alignment, to influence outcomes, and to resolve competing priorities Maintains deep technical knowledge and understanding of the latest development methodologies, platforms, and best practices.

The Qualifications.



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or MIS, or equivalent knowledge/experience 10 years of experience in technology, with significant experience in custom solution delivery. 5 years of experience leading teams, with technical knowledge in modern cloud-based platforms, processes, and tools. Proven track record of leading solution delivery with modern Agile development practices Experience with the product life cycle and strong understanding of the role of SDLC methodology History of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines Experience in teaching and/or mentoring technology professionals Strong interpersonal and communication skills is a must Strong presentation skills and stakeholder management
