What you\'ll work on: Own the technology aspects of the product team\'s strategy to ensure and feature development aligns with product goals. Involved hands-on in all aspects of SDLC process. Lead engineering and solution architecture efforts. Member of the Product Build Leadership team, accountable for project prioritization, capacity planning, and the development and communication of goals and objectives to stakeholders. Represent development team in customer-facing discussions. Collaborate with external technology partners to onboard them for projects. Responsible for career development of the team. Drive innovation in our process and delivery methods, ensuring consistency across projects.
