Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Tech Lead to drive the development and architecture of our cutting-edge applications. This role requires a blend of hands-on coding expertise across the entire stack, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of modern cloud technologies and emerging Generative AI/LLM frameworks. The ideal candidate will mentor a team of engineers, guide technical strategy, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and resilient solutions. ?





? Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Architecture: Define, design, and implement scalable, high-performance, and secure full-stack solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team. Hands-on Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for both the frontend and backend, serving as the technical reference point for the team. Cloud & Infrastructure: Oversee deployment, scaling, and operational excellence, primarily within the GCP ecosystem. AI Integration: Lead the integration of advanced AI/ML capabilities, leveraging foundational knowledge in Generative AI and Large Language Models. Code Quality & Standards: Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, CI/CD, security, and performance tuning. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver impactful features. ?

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical roadblocks. Ownership & Accountability: Demonstrates a high level of responsibility for project outcomes, system reliability, and code quality. Agile Proficiency: Deep understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively manage expectations and build consensus across different teams. ? ? Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Typically 7+ years of progressive experience in software development, with 2+ years in a technical leadership or lead engineer role.
