What You'll Be Doing

Product Ownership & Client Management

Act as the technical point of contact for clients, translating business needs into technical solutions. Manage product roadmaps, delivery timelines, and expectations independently. Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, and client demos.

Technical Leadership & Full Stack Development

Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable web applications. Build and maintain secure, high-performance REST APIs using

Python/Django/Django REST Framework

. Develop modern, responsive UI/UX with

React.js

,

ES6+

, and CSS frameworks (TailwindCSS, Bootstrap). Integrate frontend with backend services, third-party APIs, and

LLM-based AI features

.

DevOps & SDLC Management

Oversee

CI/CD pipelines

, automated deployments, and infrastructure setup using

Docker

and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Ensure robust SDLC processes -- requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Implement logging, monitoring, and performance optimization.

Team Leadership & Best Practices

Mentor and guide engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards. Drive technical decision-making and promote engineering excellence. Encourage a culture of

TDD

, automation, and security-first development.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Leadership

5+ years in full stack development with a proven track record of leading projects. Ability to

manage products independently

with minimal oversight. Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

Core Technical Skills

Advanced

Python/Django

and REST API development. Deep experience with

React.js

, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3. Strong knowledge of

PostgreSQL/MySQL

and database design. Proficiency in

DevOps

tools (Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines).

Additional Expertise

Familiarity with

LLMs

(OpenAI, LangChain, or similar frameworks). Strong grasp of

SDLC processes

and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Solid understanding of application security and data privacy best practices.

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
