Job Description

Responsibilities:

A Team Leader having 7 to 9 years of experience, who will be taking on additional responsibilities beyond coding. They will be responsible for managing a team of developers and overseeing the technical direction of the software.

Manage and lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality software products that meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product management, quality assurance, and operations to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions. Develop technical solutions to complex problems using industry-standard practices and techniques. Set coding standards, oversee development processes, participate in code reviews, and mentor team members to ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to help the team adopt best practices and improve the software development process. Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and designs. Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code that meets performance and quality requirements. Identify and address bottlenecks and bugs in the software development process, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues. Test the final product to ensure it is completely functional and meets business requirements. Provide technical guidance and assistance to the development team throughout the software development lifecycle. Ensure adherence to development schedules and deadlines. Present regular progress reports and set goals for the team. Collaborate with other Technical Leads and Engineering Managers to define and implement development strategies and best practices. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a reputed Institute. Proven experience of 7-9 years as a Team Lead / Senior Software Engineer or a similar role, with a track record of leading successful software development projects. Strong technical skills in one or more programming languages such as

Node.Js, React,

Web API , GraphQL , REST API ,HTML-5, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, Typescript, ES6 Script, Unit Testing, SQL Server, SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, Dependency Injection, Version Control (Git), Docker, DevOps, Swagger, OData Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.

Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
