Job Description

: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Tech Lead to lead a team of embedded engineers in developing firmware for our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C programming, Linux, RTOS, C#, C++, and system architecture. The Tech Lead will work closely with the hardware and software teams to ensure that the firmware is optimized for the system and meets all requirements. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of embedded engineers in firmware development. Work closely with hardware and software teams to ensure optimal system performance and integration. Design and develop firmware for embedded systems using C, C++, and RTOS. Develop, debug, and test software in a cross-platform environment. Develop and maintain software and firmware design documents, requirements, and specifications. Create and maintain project schedules, milestones, and budgets. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and compliance with coding standards. Investigate and troubleshoot system and software issues as they arise. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in embedded firmware development. Proven experience in leading a team of engineers in firmware development. Strong understanding of C programming language and object-oriented programming principles. Experience with Linux, RTOS, C#, C++, and system architecture. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
