Job Title Tech Lead, Client Tech Support Engineering
Availability:
Working days are usually weekdays but engagement will require additional availability on weekends and holidays.
Working hours are flexible to ensure availability for the team and to support them.
Responsibility:
Daily Work assigned to associates and worked as scheduled.
Set any items to pending if scheduled for future and have reminders sent out.
Changes are created, assigned, executed with no error and closed in time
Incidents assigned and timely worked upon
Bridges are acknowledged, attended and resolved on high priority
Team takes up any additional ad-hoc activities that comes in
Check and update Inquiries not updated beyond 3 days
Enough inquiries assigned to people
Review the inquiries in queue and have the people pick them up
Inquiry's product, category and state are up to date
Any InquiryTask/CaseTask/ProblemTask unassigned should be picked up
Run Stand-Up call daily and reduce the aged inquiries.
Delegate any work in absence of people.
Additional items:
People attend/finish trainings/meetings in time.
Work on Improvements of processes.
Increase team's knowledge and capability by sharing and documenting important information
Make Audit, review pattern if people doing mistakes, provide feedback to them.
Once a quarter, need to be in Manager OnCall rotation.
When needed, interview candidates and help in hiring right talents.
Monthly review performance and conduct 1on1
Appreciate people's good work verbally, via email and by releasing LPs
Support teams as and when needed
Conduct team building events and ensure good rapport between teams.
Engage with stakeholders and get help or provide to run smooth business
