Job description:

Principal Engineer - C++

Experience Required:

10+ years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Principal Engineer with deep expertise in C++ to lead the design and architecture of mission-critical applications that support our product ecosystem. This role demands technical leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on development.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and develop high-performance C++ applications for product integration. Lead technical design discussions and drive best practices across the engineering team. Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. Evaluate and integrate cloud technologies where applicable. Guide and mentor engineering teams on complex problem-solving and design patterns.

Required Skills:

Expert-level proficiency in C++ (including modern standards like C++17/20). Strong understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization. Experience with distributed systems or cloud-native applications is an advantage. Proven track record of leading large-scale software projects. Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Computer Science or related field. Experience in product development lifecycle and customer-facing applications. Strong communication and leadership skills.
