Role Overview

We are looking for a

Tech Lead

who combines

strong backend expertise

with

end-to-end project ownership

and

leadership skills

.
You'll play a key role in

architecting systems, leading the development team, managing sprints, ensuring quality delivery

, and aligning the technical vision with business goals.

AI-integrated product development from scratch to deployment

frontend, backend, and design

Key Responsibilities

Lead the

technical direction, architecture, and delivery

of Mintrix's AI-driven platform. Architect and build

scalable backend systems

using Python (FastAPI, Django, etc.). Oversee

end-to-end product development

-- from planning, design, backend logic, to integration with frontend and AI systems. Manage

agile sprints

, define tasks, set timelines, and ensure project milestones are delivered on schedule. Collaborate closely with

frontend developers, designers, and AI engineers

to align technology with product vision. Mentor and guide engineers -- establish

best practices, clean code standards, and review processes

. Drive the

integration of AI pipelines

(RAG, LLMs, LangChain, agentic AI workflows) into the backend systems. Implement

DevOps pipelines

, CI/CD, and manage cloud deployments (AWS/GCP). Handle

performance optimization, scalability, and multi-tenant system architecture

. Participate in

strategic planning

for product evolution, technology adoption, and team growth. Ensure smooth

collaboration between teams

, proper documentation, and delivery accountability.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in

backend development, system design

, and

SaaS product development

. Strong proficiency in

Python

,

FastAPI/Django

,

PostgreSQL/MongoDB

, and

API architecture

. Proven track record in

building complete products from scratch

-- backend to production. Understanding of

frontend-backend integration

, system design, and UI/UX collaboration. Solid understanding of

RAG pipelines, LLM APIs, and AI agent architectures

. Experience in

Agile development

, sprint planning, and team management. Exposure to

DevOps, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

, and

CI/CD pipelines

. Excellent communication, time management, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with

LangChain

,

LangGraph

, or agent orchestration frameworks. Familiarity with

Celery/Redis

, async job handling, and event-driven systems. Understanding of

frontend frameworks

(React/Next.js) for API integration and UI collaboration. Strong knowledge of

cloud architecture, scalability, and monitoring systems
