Position :- Technical Lead - AI/ML

Location:

Mumbai

Experience:

3-4 years of strong hands-on coding experience (Node, Python, JS) 1-2 years of experience in leading a tech team or playing a senior developer role with mentoring.

CTO / Product Head

What You'll Do

Lead and manage a team of software developers -- mentoring, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely delivery Own the full development cycle: from planning and architecture to coding, testing, deployment, and performance tuning Collaborate closely with product, design, and AI/ML teams to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions Oversee version control (Bitbucket) and CI/CD processes Manage infrastructure on Azure cloud, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security Act as a tech thought partner to leadership, making strategic decisions for stack upgrades, tooling, and team structure Stay ahead with emerging trends in web, cloud, and AI/ML Tech Stack

You'll Work On

Frontend: Next.js (React-based SSR) Backend: Node.js, Python DevOps: Azure Cloud, Bitbucket Pipelines Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB (optional), Redis (optional) AI/ML: Basic knowledge of integrating ML models into product workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

Proficiency in cloud platforms -- especially Azure -- and deployment best practices Experience managing code repositories, branching strategies, and CI/CD workflows A balance of execution and leadership: you're comfortable writing code as well as leading delivery

Bonus:

Experience working on AI/ML features or integrations.
