About This Role This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following. Be responsible globally for the delivery and operation of PSTN and wireless carrier services and mobile devices, optimized for scalability, resilience, capacity & cost Expertise of carrier services and mobile device management with a proven track-record of designing complex, large transformational programmes Leading a globally distributed team of specialist domain engineers & partners, from a position of technical authority Working with customers to understand their business and technical requirements Designing complex solutions, leading work-streams on transformational programs and ensuring conformance to agreed design standards, methods, and tools, including prototyping new tools and applications where appropriate. Design and manage the current mobile device management platform, Microsoft Intune Ownership of technical challenges and the technical escalation point for the support teams Key competencies to include coaching, influencing senior stakeholders, managing time & priorities, conflict management, excellent presentation delivery and technical writing. Acting as a trusted advisor for our customers, translating centralised product roadmap insight into customer-specific impact avoidance and benefit realisation Be accountable for the execution of budget for delivery of projects and on-going operations Follow product management best practices with customer & consumer value at the heart of robust design & implementation decisions, to facilitate and drive a growth mindset We are looking for professionals with these skills to achieve our goals. Must have at least 10+ years\' experience in telecommunication services and mobile devices Mobile device management systems and mobile device security Experience with Apple Business Manager Experience in providing Tier2, Tier3 level of support for PSTN and wireless carrier services as well as Apple and Android mobile devices Work with external vendors to successfully manage the platforms and service delivery Experience placing orders and reporting incidents via carrier portals Experience ordering DID/DDI ranges, SIP trunks, PRI circuits, Toll Free and Call Collection Numbers as well as porting and RespOrg processes Experience with proactive critical number monitoring (e.g. Spearline) Telecom expense management principles to identify fraud, abuse and optimise costs Setting standards and policies for corporate and BYOD mobile devices Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to describe complex & abstract technical concepts up to board level Ability to influence outcomes and gain buy-in for new initiatives and ways of working Effective product mindset, with capability to advocate and drive key product innovations or opportunities with the developer community Basic Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, relevant discipline, or equivalent practical experience 10+ Years of Total Experience Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrable thought leadership & passion for Modern Workplace services Strong awareness of service delivery concepts (e.g. ITIL service management) Knowledge of 4G and 5G wireless hardware technologies utilized in manufacturing, supply chain, and consumer relevant environments Experience with Microsoft Teams and Cisco telephony Diversity, Equity and Inclusion At Haleon we embrace our diverse workforce by creating an inclusive environment that celebrates our unique perspectives, generates curiosity to create unmatched understanding of each other, and promotes fair and equitable outcomes for everyone.
