Job Title

: Tech Director

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead technology strategy in the eCommerce domain. Own

end-to-end eCommerce platforms development

with focus on customer experience and scalability. Drive

legacy application modernization

initiatives across commerce and customer systems. Lead design and adoption of

MACH architecture

(Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless). Provide architectural leadership for

SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud

implementations and upgrades. Modernize monolithic systems into

cloud-native and composable platforms

. Enable integration with

CMS, digital marketing, personalization, and analytics platforms

. Support

omnichannel journeys

across web, mobile, kiosks, and in-store dining.

Support presales lead

in creating proposals, solution design, RFPs, and client workshops. Lead and mentor architects, engineering, and delivery teams. Partner with business, marketing, and operations stakeholders.

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree
