Your typical day involves collaborating with clients to gather requirements, analyzing their needs, and implementing technology best practices. You will be sought out for your expertise, enhancing Organization's reputation in the marketplace while shaping strategies that bring emerging ideas to life. Your role will require you to communicate fluidly with stakeholders, ensuring that business changes align with both client objectives and industry standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and present comprehensive reports on project progress and outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central and Performance Management. - Strong understanding of integration methodologies and tools. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues. - Familiarity with data migration processes and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
