Your typical day involves collaborating with clients to gather requirements, analyzing their needs, and designing or implementing technology best practices. You will be sought out for your expertise, enhancing reputation in the marketplace. By leveraging your technical knowledge and business acumen, you will help shape strategies that bring emerging ideas to life, fostering a trusted advisor relationship with clients and ensuring successful delivery outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior professionals to develop their skills and expertise. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - Experience with financial reporting and analysis. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. - Ability to implement and configure SAP modules effectively. - Experience in process improvement and optimization. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
