Your typical day will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, analyzing requirements, and implementing technology best practices. You will leverage your expertise to enhance the reputation of Accenture in the marketplace, while also shaping strategies that bring emerging ideas to life. Your role will require you to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, ensuring that the delivery of services meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client expectations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Strong understanding of business process design and optimization. - Experience with change management methodologies. - Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
