With your deep technical expertise, business acumen, and fluid communication skills, you will work directly with clients in a trusted advisor relationship to gather requirements, analyze, design, and implement technology best practice business changes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements. - Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions. - Manage project timelines and deliverables. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations. - Experience in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. - Knowledge of integration between SAP SuccessFactors modules. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
