Summary: As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will drive innovative practices into delivery and bring depth of expertise to various engagements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients to gather requirements, analyzing their needs, and implementing technology best practices. You will also engage in strategic discussions to shape both Accenture's and the client's future direction, ensuring that emerging ideas are effectively brought to life. Your role will require you to maintain a trusted advisor relationship with clients, leveraging your expertise to enhance delivery outcomes and contribute to the overall success of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote best practices within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud, SAP Data Services Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Data Services Development. - Strong understanding of cloud-based application development. - Experience in integrating SAP solutions with other enterprise systems. - Proficient in debugging and optimizing ABAP code for performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
