Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients to gather requirements, analyzing their needs, and designing or implementing technology best practices. You will be sought out for your expertise, enhancing Accenture's reputation in the marketplace while shaping strategies that bring emerging ideas to life. Your role will require fluid communication skills and a strong understanding of business acumen, allowing you to build trusted advisor relationships with clients and contribute to successful project outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather client requirements and feedback. - Develop and present innovative solutions that align with client objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Performance & Goals, Learning Management, and Recruiting Management. - Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. - Experience in system configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors. - Ability to analyze data and provide insights for continuous improvement. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
