Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients to gather requirements, analyzing business needs, and implementing technology best practices. You will be sought out for your expertise, enhancing the reputation of the organization in the marketplace. By leveraging your technical knowledge and business acumen, you will help shape strategies that bring emerging ideas to life, fostering a trusted advisor relationship with clients and ensuring successful delivery outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior professionals to develop their skills and expertise. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management. - Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement. - Experience with project management methodologies and tools. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with change management principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
