Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the team in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions - Provide guidance on best practices for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementation - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation modules - Experience in configuring SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions - Knowledge of integration between SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and other HR modules Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation - This position is based at our Mumbai office - A 15 years full time education is required
