Your typical day will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, analyzing requirements, and implementing technology best practices. You will be a trusted advisor, enhancing both Accenture's reputation and the client's strategy by bringing emerging ideas to life. Your role will require fluid communication and a deep understanding of business acumen, ensuring that you effectively contribute to the success of delivery engagements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation. - Strong understanding of compensation management processes and best practices. - Experience with system configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors. - Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
