Summary As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovative and efficient workforce management solutions. You will collaborate with clients to understand their time management needs, design and implement optimized solutions, and ensure smooth delivery aligned with best practices. Your role will involve shaping strategies, enhancing Accenture's reputation through high-quality delivery, and promoting continuous improvement and innovation in the time management domain. ________________________________________ Roles & Responsibilities o Work independently as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SF EC Time Management. o Participate actively in client and internal discussions to gather and refine requirements. o Provide expert guidance on configuration, design, and implementation of Time Management processes (Time Off, Time Sheet, Work Schedules, Time Profiles, etc.). o Collaborate with cross-functional teams (EC, Payroll, Integration, and Reporting) to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery. o Conduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capability and client understanding. o Proactively identify improvement opportunities and recommend innovative solutions. o Support testing, defect resolution, and post go-live stabilization activities. ________________________________________ Professional & Technical Skills o Must Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Management (Time Off and Time Sheet). o Strong understanding of time valuation rules, work schedules, and absence management. o Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment of Time Management modules. o Knowledge of integration with Payroll and other SAP modules is an added advantage. o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret and translate business needs into solutions. o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to foster effective collaboration. ________________________________________ Additional Information o The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management. o This position is based at our Gurugram office. o A 15 years full-time education is required.
