As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will drive innovative practices into delivery and bring depth of expertise to various engagements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients to gather requirements, analyzing their needs, and designing or implementing technology best practices. You will be sought out for your expertise, enhancing organization's reputation in the marketplace while shaping strategies that bring emerging ideas to life. Your role will require fluid communication skills and a strong understanding of business acumen to foster trusted advisor relationships with clients, ensuring successful delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align project objectives. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field. Professional & Technical Skills: Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. -Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization. - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management and EC Benfits - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Strong understanding of business process design and optimization. - Experience in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules. - Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
