As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will drive innovative practices into delivery and bring depth of expertise to various engagements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients to gather requirements, analyzing their needs, and implementing technology best practices. You will be sought out for your expertise, enhancing Accenture's reputation in the marketplace. By shaping both Accenture's and the client's strategy, you will bring emerging ideas to life, ensuring that the delivery of services meets the highest standards of excellence. Your role will require fluid communication skills and a strong understanding of business acumen to foster trusted advisor relationships with clients, ultimately leading to successful project outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact. - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior professionals to develop their skills and expertise. Professional & Technical Skills: Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. -Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization. - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics. - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets. - Experience with data visualization and reporting tools. - Ability to design and implement effective business processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
