Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients to gather requirements, analyzing business needs, and implementing technology best practices. You will be sought out for your expertise, enhancing the reputation of the organization in the marketplace. By leveraging your technical knowledge and business acumen, you will help shape strategies that bring emerging ideas to life, ensuring that both Organization and its clients achieve their goals effectively and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding. - Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement. - Experience with project management methodologies. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with change management principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
