Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients to gather requirements, analyzing their needs, and implementing technology best practices. You will be sought out for your expertise, enhancing organization's reputation in the marketplace. By leveraging your technical knowledge and business acumen, you will help shape strategies that bring emerging ideas to life, ensuring that both organization and its clients achieve their goals effectively and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote best practices and innovative solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite. - Strong understanding of integration methodologies and frameworks. - Experience with cloud-based solutions and architecture. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
