Summary: As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will drive innovative practices into delivery and bring depth of expertise to various delivery engagements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients to gather requirements, analyzing their needs, and designing or implementing technology best practices. You will be sought out as an expert, enhancing Accenture's reputation in the marketplace while shaping strategies that bring emerging ideas to life. Your role will require you to engage in fluid communication, ensuring that both technical and business aspects are aligned to achieve optimal outcomes for clients. Roles & Responsibilities: Global Demand Intake & Coordination o Serve as the primary intake point for all new infrastructure requirements from application and business teams globally o Quarterback demand management efforts by coordinating across regions and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery. o Partner with IT Infrastructure Tower Leads to manage all aspects of demand--including effort estimation, budgeting, and forecasting. o Work closely with Finance and IT leadership to ensure budget alignment and tracking against committed infrastructure spend. o Define a standardized demand management framework aligned with Flex Engineering principles. o Establish global governance cadence and escalation workflows to drive consistency. o Define estimation approval workflow across regions and delivery roles. o Integrate estimation output into global capacity forecasting model. Monthly Forecasting & Reporting o Prepare and maintain a 30-60-90-120 day rolling forecast across global Flex Engineering services. o Compile and present monthly demand vs. capacity reports for each Flex Engineering team to regional and global IT leads. o Track and publish individual resource utilization metrics and forecast analyses. Demand Tracker & Status Reporting o Maintain a centralized Demand Tracker that monitors the lifecycle of each demand item. o Present monthly status updates and dashboards to regional and global infrastructure leadership to drive visibility and accountability. o Work with global & regional capability leads at Eisai to understand demand pipeline o Create recurring alignment forums to review global/regional backlog o Partner with global infrastructure office to set up and implement global tracking and reporting mechanism for demand, capacity and performance metrics (CPIs & KPIs) o Set up global dashboards and reports for end-to-end transparency of Flex Engineering o Establish biweekly reviews with Global Infrastructure Office to align on trends, variances, and capacity decisions Backlog & Estimation Coordination o Monitor and maintain JIRA backlogs across all Engineering teams. o Capture new core engineering requests and determine whether they fall under existing or new services. o Assign backlog ownership and ensure timely estimation, approval, and execution tracking. Estimation & Budget Management o Facilitate detailed effort estimation aligned with forecast windows. o Ensure estimation outcomes are reflected in budget plans and financial forecasts. o Monitor budget consumption and support variance analysis and course correction with tower leads and Finance. Capacity Planning & Execution o Analyze forecasted vs. actual load to support capacity right-sizing. o Flag persistent underutilization and initiate corrective actions or flex-up recommendations. o Support documentation for resource ramp-up or ramp-down requests. o Tools Administration Training: o Develop global processes and training decks for demand lifecycle o Partner with GIO (global infrastructure office) and deliver training sessions to Eisai BRMs and Accenture capability leads and/or teams o Establish a feedback loop to refine training content post-rollout JIRA: o Manage project structures and team dashboards o Handle access requests, enhancements, and backlog hygiene o Provide end-user training to internal Accenture users PWA: o Ensure all data for demand and capacity tracking aligns with JIRA o Work Order / Change Order Management: o Create, review, and track Work Orders and Change Orders o Ensure compliance with contractual terms o Manage myPrice (MMP) tool for pricing and proposal support. Operations o Maintain up-to-date headcount and staffing rosters o Coordinate onboarding/offboarding actions in all relevant systems (JIRA, capacity tracker) o Document and suggest process or cadence optimizations to reduce turnaround time o Support tracking of discretionary spend visibility and resource allocations Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IT Infrastructure Operations. - Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and their applications. - Experience with network architecture and security protocols. - Proficient in IT service management frameworks such as ITIL. - Ability to analyze and optimize IT infrastructure performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
