Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance service fulfillment - Develop and implement data modeling techniques and methodologies - Design and optimize application architecture Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Fulfillment, Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies, Process Improvements, Application Design - Strong understanding of IT service delivery processes - Experience in implementing technology best practices - Knowledge of business process architecture principles - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Service Fulfillment - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A BE or equivalent is required
