Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients to gather requirements, analyzing their needs, and implementing technology best practices. You will be sought out for your expertise, enhancing Accenture's reputation in the marketplace. By leveraging your technical knowledge and business acumen, you will help shape strategies that bring emerging ideas to life, ensuring that both Accenture and its clients achieve their goals effectively and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAN Storage - DELL EMC PowerMAX, SAN Switches Cisco NAS Storage: DELL EMC PowerScale h700, eNAS - Strong understanding of storage area network technologies and best practices. - Experience with data storage solutions and infrastructure management. - Ability to analyze and design complex systems to meet client needs. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Backup Technologies: DELL EMC Networker, Data Domain Additional Information: - Should have knowledge in VMware environment, Server knowledge - Linux, Unix, Windows, AIX - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dell EMC SAN Architecture and Design. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
