As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will engage in a dynamic and collaborative environment where you will drive innovative practices into delivery. Your typical day will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, analyzing requirements, and implementing technology best practices. You will leverage your expertise to enhance Accenture's reputation in the marketplace while shaping strategies that bring emerging ideas to life. Your role will require you to communicate effectively and build trusted relationships with clients, ensuring that their business changes are aligned with industry standards and best practices. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide insights. - Develop and present innovative solutions that align with client objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. -Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization. - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. - Strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance regulations. - Experience in integrating SAP HCM with other enterprise systems. - Ability to analyze and optimize payroll processes for efficiency. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
