You will be sought out as an expert, enhancing Accenture's marketplace reputation. Your role will involve bringing emerging ideas to life by shaping Accenture and client strategy. With your deep technical expertise, business acumen, and fluid communication skills, you will work directly with clients in a trusted advisor relationship to gather requirements, analyze, design, and/or implement technology best practice business changes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and analyze business needs. - Design and implement technology solutions to address client challenges. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and project teams. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. - Mentor junior professionals and provide guidance on project deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. - Experience in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting modules. - Knowledge of integration between SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and other HR systems. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
