This role will be for Consulting Service Line

Your role will be a Staff / Senior in the Consulting team. You will be responsible to be a part of the delivery of IT projects for our customers across the globe. In Consulting, we are building a better working world by transforming businesses through the power of people, technology, and innovation. The ideal candidate for this position is smart and passionate with excellent technical background and skills. Need to work as a Staff / Senior team member to contribute to various technical streams. We are hiring for Competencies: TSD Commercial, DET, D&A, FS TSD, Cyber Security & Business Consulting.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum of 1 year and maximum of 6 years of experience.
• Career break can be anywhere between 1 -4 years.
• College degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) with minimum 6 months of experience.
• Strong IT experience.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and good written & oral communication skills.
• A positive and proactive attitude.
• Commitment to continuous learning and implementation of new processes.
• Strong Technical and New Age Skills like Cloud, SAP , Microsoft , Automation, Data Science , Microsoft.

Your people responsibilities:

• Foster teamwork and lead by example.
• Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; writing, publishing, and conference-level presentation skills a plus.

Your key responsibilities

• Need to be proficient in monitoring production environments and performance measurements.
• Knowledge of one of the popular technology skills Cloud, SAP, Data , Microsoft, Cyber Security, Data Analytics , Automation , AI etc.
• Manage source control repositories Proficient in working as administrator for Linux and Windows OS.
• Understand and propose relevant solutions/improvements for the customer engagement
• Actively participate in the discussions and meetings to comprehend and understand your scope of work and deliver as per the estimates/commitments.
• Proactively reach out to others when you need assistance.
• Manage the project and vendor team members in understanding their estimates, monitoring their quality of work and ensuring as a team you meet the project deadlines.
• Hands on Experience in managing end to end Projects.
• Should be able to manage/deliver to multiple clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Technical Support and Maintenance Skills.
• Excellent teamworking and communication skills.
