What would you do?

You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions.,Tech for Operations involves using technology to improve and streamline business operations. This role includes implementing software solutions, automating processes, and managing IT systems that support operational activities. It also involves analyzing data to optimize performance and ensure efficiency. The goal is to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness through the effective use of technology. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation Process of development of methodical information technology specifications, models and guidelines, using a variety of Information Technology notations. Estimating, architecting, implementing, testing, assessing and selling Technology Architectures, including but not limited to all the ADM Technology Architecture work-stream activities and deliverables, covering the required blueprint & roadmap, analysis, design, build, test and deploy phases.

What are we looking for?

o Gather and qualify requirements from business users and clients for RTR product implementation. Ensure acceptance criteria and arrive at a solution blueprint. o Commit to solution cost and schedule and obtain stake holder buy in o Someone who is able to drive client conversations during pre-solution, solutioning stage o Deliver to plan and ensure & monitor client service deliverables to attain contractual service levels and compliance o Manage the project financial to ensure the cost vs. recovery is aligned o Oversee customer escalation management and ensure timely resolution and share the voice of the customer to other stakeholders o Create, maintain and utilize delivery and sales assets that are relevant to demonstrate thought leadership, and/ or reduce delivery effort and timelines. o Overall 18+ years of experience o Strong Functional skill set - R2R (primary), FP&A (secondary) o Significant and varied technology implementation experience in F&A landscape for large clients, majorly in outsourcing industry, GCC, large multinational captives o Experience in implementation of third-party products, SAAS like Blackline, Cadency, HighRadius (RTR), and other RTR platforms. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in complexed solutioning and deployment with agentic and hyper automation o Added advantage to the candidates who have worked on newer technologies like LCNC, Agentic. o Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues o Ability to work independently to plan and execute the implementation by working with client, operation team and vendor. o Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different levels of the organization (both internal and external) o Excellent communication, presentation and highly refined interpersonal skills. o Driven to make customers successful, regardless of challenges or obstacles o Understands business processes and the interaction with IT systems/ERP
