Job Description

Position: Tech Lead (MERN)

Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore (WFO)
Experience: 8+ years
We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead who can take complete technical ownership, lead a strong development team, and drive scalable product architecture. You should be able to work on existing MERN applications without knowledge transfer, introduce best practices, and integrate AI solutions across products.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the development team while contributing individually
Analyze and improve existing MERN applications
Architect scalable and modular solutions
Integrate AI/automation features (LLMs, NLP, analytics)
Maintain strong documentation, coding standards, and CI/CD processes
Collaborate with Product and QA teams
Solve performance, scalability, and security issues proactively

Requirements

8-12 years of full-stack experience with strong MERN expertise
SaaS architecture and startup experience
Strong REST APIs, microservices, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud exposure
AI/ML integration experience preferred
Excellent debugging, documentation, and problem-solving mindset
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, GraphQL, Jira, Git, Postman/Swagger
