To possess excellent leadership and communication skills. * The team leader is responsible for analyzing digital ads leads and reporting the conversion ratio into the management information system (MIS). * Provide expert guidance and advice on investment and financial planning to clients. * Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in wealth management, including at least 2 years of leadership experience. * Strong knowledge of financial planning and investment strategies. * Experience in Inside Sales process \xe2\x80\x93 end to end is a plus.
