Strong techno-functional experience with capabilities such as Part management, CAD management, BOM management, Change Management, Document Management, Quality management and Enterprise Integrations for Siemens Teamcenter implementations, Strong experience on Siemens Teamcenter Solution Components, Data Model, Configurations and Customizations Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in automotive exhaust system design and release engineering. Proficiency in PLM Teamcenter for designing and managing exhaust system components. Ability to deal with simulation tools to analyze and optimize exhaust system component behavior. Must know server side configurations. Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Managing, communicating, and delivering projects through the entire software development lifecycle, providing documentation, change management, testing, training, and mentoring. Providing operational support including troubleshooting complex issues leveraging strong problem-solving skills, identifying root cause, and following change management process to migrate the fixes, Experience leading a team during major multi-location software implementation or upgrade. Excellent communication skills including ability to have persuasive conversations at Senior director level at Client's organizations.
