Address and resolve user inquiries and technical issues via various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat. Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and solve hardware, software, and system problems to keep computer systems running smoothly. Information Provision: Provide accurate information about products, services, and technical aspects to users. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support activities for tracking and analysis. Onboarding Support: Guide new users through initial setup processes and provide overviews of features.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
