Team Supervisor - Real Estate Sales
to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales and
must be above 30 years of age
. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience at top real estate platforms like
99acres, MagicBricks, or NoBroker
.
This role is focused on driving team performance, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of real estate sales executives to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
Monitor daily activities including calls, client meetings, site visits, and deal closures.
Set individual targets for team members and ensure timely achievement through regular follow-ups.
Provide on-ground support, mentoring, and training to improve sales techniques and client handling.
Ensure timely follow-up and lead conversion using CRM and other sales tools.
Handle client escalations and assist the team with high-value negotiations.
Track and report team performance metrics to the Sales Manager on a weekly/monthly basis.
Collaborate with operations and legal teams to ensure smooth transaction closures.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
Enforce adherence to company processes, sales protocols, and compliance standards.
Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members when required
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Experience:
Minimum 4-5 years in a supervisory or team lead role; industry experience preferred.
Hands-on experience in handling large volumes of property listings, lead management, and client interactions.
Prior work experience with 99acres, MagicBricks, NoBroker, or similar real estate platforms is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a target-driven, fast-paced sales environment.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and buyer behaviour trends.
