Job Summary:



We are looking for a proactive

Team Sales Coordinator

to support our sales team in real estate plotting projects. The candidate will play a key role in

client coordination, lead tracking

, and

day-to-day sales operations

to help achieve team targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate with sales executives for client follow-ups and site visit scheduling Manage and update CRM or lead tracking tools Maintain detailed records of client inquiries, interactions, and conversions Prepare documents: booking forms, receipts, allotment letters, agreements Liaise between sales, marketing, and project execution teams Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales progress Follow up with leads from portals, WhatsApp campaigns, and field activities Ensure availability of updated brochures and promotional materials Assist in organizing team meetings, trainings, and performance reviews Support/manage telecalling staff or interns when required

Requirements:



Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (any stream) Real estate or client coordination experience preferred Good command over MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools Excellent communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred Knowledge of plotting, land documentation, and client interaction Well-organized, multitasker, and team-oriented
